Things to Do
Hollywood wouldn’t be without its groundbreaking cinematic arts, encapsulated perfectly at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. There is so much to see that it may require repeat visits to take it in fully. As for the community, nothing teaches you about the local culture like partaking in the neighborhood farmers market. Here, the Melrose Place Farmers Market occurs every Sunday and features the area’s most dedicated vendors of floral bouquets, year-round produce, and wares from local artisans.
Music lovers won’t have to travel far for the area’s best concerts, as the historic Hollywood Bowl amphitheater is only a short drive away. You can also count on West Hollywood for one of the most colorful L.A. PRIDE parades, and fitness adepts will immediately fall in love with the gorgeous views of the entire West Hollywood neighborhood as they hike, run, or bike through Runyon Canyon.
