Surprise! Our beloved Horses has a stunning little sister right in their very own backyard! Featuring a whimsical ambience, this space has a stylish garden vibe with tables neatly tucked next to plants and shrubs, lending exactly the right tone.
The menu in the Garden offers mostly original dishes, from Horses, with some clever twists on a few of the more popular choices found inside. It seems to have been designed with sharing in mind so you simply can’t go wrong with any choices. The Garden’s wood-fired pizzettes are so divine that you can order one for your table and not be too full to enjoy the next course. The one we devoured was a take on pasta, need I say more?
You heard it here: Don’t miss the spirited cocktail list. And there’s something in the Garden for Classicists. The Garden Caesar Salad has exactly the right touch of sardine and more Parmesan than you thought was legal for a salad. And the Cheeseburger will have you asking yourself where have you ever had a better one.
No small detail is spared - either in the setting or the menu - from the beautiful peppercorn tree that towers over the (former parking lot) patio to pastry chef Hanna Grubba’s striking, must-order Black Tiramisu.
The Garden at Horses is a perfect blend of Horses’ plush loungey setting and delicious food while also enjoying your dining partners’ easy conversation without having to yell to be heard. And, to top it all off, the Garden’s music selection just got me, like a music fairy curated the playlist just for me.
Thank you, Horses Garden! See you again soon.🪴
