Start your meal with the salmon carpaccio, I wanted to order 4 more of them it was so delicious, and this is without a doubt my new favorite dish in all of LA. The Greek Salad was super fresh and love it when tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes!
For the main course, the wood-grilled fish is not to be missed, and the Waygu was cooked perfectly and tasted divine, it will melt in your mouth like a luxurious dream. I am so picky about eating meat out, as I believe no one does it better than me, but Espelette proved me wrong.
