What keeps you motivated?

 

The primary bedroom. It’s the first experience you have when you wake up and your last of the day. Environments set the stage for your energy, mental and emotional health, so if your bedroom isn’t right – whatever that means for you – nothing else is going to be either. It’s often the last priority behind the big money spaces (kitchens, bathrooms) or public spaces, or even the closet for that matter. But truly, prioritize your bedroom. It’s life-changing, not kidding.

 

I’m highly intuitive

 

 

Heated bathroom floors! Every client I have done a reno for that includes the primary bathroom, I persuade to include. And no one has ever complained afterward or not used it regularly. (Mine is on year-round, there is nothing nicer than warm stone under bare feet!)

 

More division of space or more private space vs open concept. I’ve never been a fan, but I like closing a door on a messy kitchen, lol. Covid definitely caused people to re-evaluate open concept living.

Get in the car, and drive out to Palm Springs! This hybrid crepe sandwich is worth it. Featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. My dear friend Rob took me to this secret hidden gem in the back alley between two buildings, I wanted everything on the menu. The crepe batter is fried with cheese, which gets all crispy and delicious and adds a perfect contrasting texture to the soft and slightly chewy crepe. It is basically a salad in a perfectly crispy crepe. Chicken Pesto, Chicken Caesar, BBQ Chicken, Turkey all scrumptious. Somehow they are also light and not a belly bomb. If you go, please bring me one back!

 

 

 

 

 

We are heading into the holiday season, and if you want to give yourself or the tequila lover in your life something unexpected and unique, Nuda tequila is a delicious gift. They offer Silver, Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo, my personal favorite, and I have tried them all! It has 42 months of maturity in French Oak barrels, and the coloration and organoleptic profile of NUDA Tequila Extra Añejo becomes more complex, dragging aromas, colors, and flavors such as intense dark chocolate. Soft flavors of vanilla, almonds, and chestnuts, characteristics of previously used barrels. For over-the-top tequila, Nuda also has a 60 month aged in French Oak barrels. Presented in the sexiest bottle you have ever seen. The color is intense with copper flashes. It is always a pleasure to try something new and unexpectedly refined and delicious. I had the pleasure of experiencing this special tequila at a lovely brunch, let's just say it is perfect for daytime sipping that carries on into the evening! SALUD!
